What's My Account?
My Account make online shopping safe and easy. My Account is a profile of
information about your account that is stored on our secure servers. It makes
it easy to place orders because it eliminates the need to re-key your shipping,
billing, and payment information each time you place an order. It also enable
you to check the status of an order you place with us.

Payment Options
At this time Legend accepts the following payment methods:

- American Express
- Visa/MasterCard DebitCard
We do not accept:
- Credit Cards issued outside of USA.
- COD (Cash on Delivery)

Payment Currency
All prices on our site are quoted in U.S. currency
Resellers & Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state.
Therefore, all orders shipping within New York will be charged 8.65% sales
tax.
If you're a reseller, you can avoid sales tax by faxing us your Reseller
Certificate after placing your order. Our fax number is 1-516-596-4320. Please
indicate your order number on the fax.
Invoices
After you place an order the screen will clear and you will be left with
an invoice copy on your screen. Use your browser’s print function and an
invoice copy will print on your local printer. If later on you need to obtain
a duplicate copy of your invoice, please call a Customer Service Representative
at 1-800-700-8320.

How Do I place an order?
Simple 3 steps Registration

How do I know if product is in stock?
If a product is in stock you will see the "In Stock" on the top portion of
the product's detail page. Products that are "In Stock" usually require 1-2
full business day processing time before they are shipped out.
When will my order arrive?
Order processing usually requires 1-2 business days. If a product requires
more than 2 business days, it may be noted on the detail page.
Shipping Time is the amount of time your package will be in transit, and
is measured in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- UPS Ground (typically 5-8 business days)
- UPS 2-Day (typically 2 business days, AK /
HI 2-3 business days)
- UPS Next Day Saver (typically 1 business day)
How do I cancel an order?
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please call our Customer Service
@ 516-596-4310 or email us @ cancel@legendcomputers.com
for assistance. An Customer Service Manager will determine whether the order
has already shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel
the order for you. To confirm your order cancellation, please check Order Status
page, your status will show as “Cancelled” within 48 hours.
However In some cases, we may not be able to cancel the order because it
is has already shipped. If this case we will gladly accept a return consistent
with our return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and
handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Legend
Computers. We suggest that you use a return shipment method with tracking
numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is securly returned to our
Returns Dept. Please note that if the box is opened or the box has writing
other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking
fee.
How can I recieve special offers from Legend?
Simply just enter your e-mail address on top of the main page and you will
be subscribed to recieve our special promotions.
I just bought an item and noticed there is a Manufacturer rebate available,
where can I find the form?
For your convenience, Legend Computers does its best to advertise any current
rebates on our web site. The prices listed on our web site do not include
the rebate savings. Any use of these rebates is limited to any terms or conditions
as determined by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding the
rebate terms & conditions, please contact the manufacturer directly.

to check status of the order.

Shipping Method
We charge a shipping fee based upon the shipment option that you select at
detail page. The following shipping options are available:
- UPS Ground (typically 5-8 business
days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (typically 2 business
days, AK / HI 2-3 business days)
- UPS Next Day Saver (typically 1 business day)
Free Shipping
Legend Computers sometime offer FREE SHIPPING on certain item(s).
Item(s) offer FREE SHIPPING will NOT ALLOW return for credit, in some
special case will allow for refund but SHIPPING charge will apply
if customer(s) return for refund within 10 days SHIPPING CHARGE will depend
on item weight "only autherized by Legend Computers personel for this type
of refund".
Non Deliverable Shipping Addresses
Legend Computers ships to addresses in the 50 United States with the following
exceptions:
- International locations (defined as
outside the 50 United States)
- Post Office Boxes (USA)
- Hotels / Motels, etc. (USA)
- APO/FPO addresses (USA)
- Private mail boxing locations (USA)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
International Shipments
At this time, Legend Computers only delivers to locations within 50 United
States.
Refused Shipments
We
recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact
us immediately for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number

If you desire to cancel an order, please follow the directions outlined in
our Order Cancellations section.
On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course,
if the shipment is a result of Legend Computers error, we will issue a credit
for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to
our warehouse. If through no fault of Legend Computers the shipment is refused,
we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to
recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 15%
restocking fee.
